A MIND NOT PUZZLED BY REALITY REMAINS
SOMEONE ELSE'S MIND'S COPY.
Noam Chomsky
While we all learn to use our parents' narrative of the world, those who become thinkers eventually start to question its validity in order to confirm it, improve it or change it. They do this by being PUZZLED about what reality is and strive to nurture that curiosity asking questions to make THEIRS the knowledge that until then had been merely adopted from others. In this way spirits are enhanced when they become their own persons in life, with arguments to support their views.
However, those who refuse to accept the challenge of life to make knowledge truly theirs and instead are content with merely adopting off-the-shelve-ready-made life narratives, either religious, political or otherwise, fall into cowardliness and become part of the sheeply crowds who are in danger of following any one who promises to THINK on their behalf.
